Enter The Big 100

For an audience of 13,000, the entryway is the first proof point of the 7EE theme: “Always On, 100 Years Strong.” This bold statement serves as a visual hallmark, building hype and reassuring attendees that they’re in the right place. Attendees should feel the energy of 7EE from their first step inside the expo hall.

Big Bets Center

Refreshing What's Familiar

Make the show floor experience fresh, engaging and impactful. Imagine attendees walking down the center aisle, reading integrated messaging and wayfinding. It’s an intentional experience made for easy navigation.

TRADE SHOW

New Creative Ideas

When we attended 7EE in 2025, we truly walked in attendees’ shoes. We’ve applied our takeaways in our recommendations.

HIGH-ENERGY ACTIVATIONS

(These can easily be gamified using the mobile app to track game status!)

Slurpee Disco Ball

Drops at 7s and 11s on the clock

Show Floor Spotlights

Guides movement and reinforces the 24/7 flow.

Rotating Slurpee Stage

Invites attendees to gather around the 365-degree DJ booth, playing high-energy music throughout the trade show floor.

Store Support Resource Center

As their own dedicated space of 50+ booths, attendees get the quick support they need. To help control congestion, use the registration website to collect FAQs in advance and prepare downloadable content for franchisee owners. By integrating booths, 1:1 meetings and the FAQ Mini Theater into a single, expanded Store Support Resource Center, this area functions as a true support destination.

FAQ Mini Theater

Leverage a mini theater space for attendees to hear from leaders about common questions relevant to store support.

1:1 Meeting Area

Increase space within the Store Support Resource Center to serve as a dedicated 1:1 meeting area, rather than forcing attendees to walk to a different area to receive more. It’s more efficient and convenient.

100 WAYS TO GIVE BACK

These ideas expand visibility of 7-Eleven's ongoing give-back efforts! Plus, they can easily extend beyond the event. For example, using the Drop-in Volunteer Booth as a kick off to a 100-based give-back. Think: 100 children’s bikes donated, 100 community volunteer hours given, 100 7-Eleven volunteers rallied for a good cause.

Photo Backdrops

Encourage attendees to hit all the photo ops, scan the QR codes and enter to win prizes. (Bonus: Iconic 7-Eleven mascots like Big Gulp and Slurpee roam the floor!)

Las Vegas Boys and Girls Club

Work with a local chapter to have an ambassador and teens talk about the program’s impact. Expand their presence on the show floor with club ambassadors. Have attendees build children’s bikes at the drop-in volunteer booth.

Children’s Miracle Network

Drop-In Volunteer Booth

  • Assemble play packs (stuffed animals and activity kits for inpatient stays)
  • Write cards to pediatric patients
  • Record “read-alouds" for hospitals’ bedside iPads

Live Artist Mural

Have a live painter create a mural during the expo for a preidentified Children’s Hospital Miracle Network location.

7-Eleven ENHANCEMENTS WITHIN THE EXPO HALL

KidsZone

The expo energy transfers to the dedicated KidsZone with brand mascots like the Nestlé Nesquik Quick Bunny and Keebler Elf Ernie roaming the floor. A photo station invites kids to take home their own memory book. Bonus: Ask sponsors like Mattel to uplevel KidsZone inclusions with branded swag. Happy families = brand loyalty for franchisee owners. Plus, it makes 7EE a “can’t miss” event for years to come.

Water Stations

It’s an easy branding opportunity for 7-Eleven, exhibitors or sponsors. Keeping attendees hydrated means more time on the floor and less single-use plastics.

Voice of God

The announcement system cuts through the noise of the expo and drives attendee flow, pushing them to the right place at the right time while relieving congestion.

Responsive 7EE Mobile App Is Attendees’ “In Pocket Guide”

The secure, interactive mobile app allows franchisee owners to interact with many of the expo’s experiences, like the Store Support Resource Center and exhibitor booths.

  • Explore exhibitor booths
  • Schedule 1:1 support
  • Submit questions/request help

Wayfinding

Overhead signage with booth numbers, commonly used at big shows, streamlines wayfinding. But if you want to go more on brand, use iconic 7-11 products as wayfinding elements (e.g., Slurpee Street, Big Gulp Blvd.). Watch the video to see our work at Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

EXHIBITOR EXPERIENCE

Exhibitors and 7-Eleven decision-makers see which booths, sessions and activations attract the most traffic, conversions and dwell time, improving future event design. It also makes post-event follow-up more targeted.

Exhibitor Kits

Exhibitor kits and booth branding now feel cohesive with the overall look and feel of 7EE.
